Overview

This position as a Data Entry Operator at INTERSOS offers applicants the opportunity to support healthcare teams by managing and entering medical data accurately in a mission database.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update patient clinical and demographic data
Ensure all data entries are authorized, accurate, and complete
Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies
Compile and manage data from INTERSOS and partner health facilities
Track and retrieve missing data records
Maintain and update patient files regularly
Perform routine data backups and documentation
Prepare statistical and medical reports
Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information
Maintain a clean and organized data recording environment

Requirements

BA/BSc in a relevant field OR equivalent experience in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning)
Minimum of 2 years experience in data management within an NGO
Experience in health data management is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to learn and use data management software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Results and quality-oriented, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
Local language proficiency required; mission language desirable
