Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Country Office strategy and logistics planning
- Coordinate national logistics operations and international transport
- Ensure effective implementation of safety and security policies
- Supervise and support logistics teams (approx. 71 staff members)
- Promote coordination with partners and stakeholders
- Prevent and manage risks related to fraud and corruption
- Provide advisory support on logistics systems and procurement plans
- Monitor trends and continuously improve logistics processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics or related field
- Minimum 3+ years experience in humanitarian logistics
- Strong understanding of NGO operations and humanitarian principles
- Experience with ACF is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Monthly gross salary: €2,597 – €2,968 (depending on experience)
- Additional 13th month salary
- $838 monthly per diem + €150 country allowance
