Nkabom Internship Programme
The Nkabom Collaborative at the University of Ghana, in partnership with the Chamber of Agribusiness Ghana (CAG), has officially opened applications for the Nkabom Internship Programme, a national initiative designed to connect young Ghanaian graduates with verified host enterprises across the country’s agri-food sector.
The programme aims to strengthen youth employment, entrepreneurship and skills development by providing structured internship opportunities in agriculture, agribusiness and related industries.
Successful applicants will be placed with organisations operating across all 16 regions of Ghana for a six-month internship experience.
The Nkabom Internship Programme is targeted at young people seeking practical industry experience and career opportunities within Ghana’s growing agri-food ecosystem.
Participants will be assigned to verified host enterprises where they will gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship and exposure to real-world business operations.
