Key Responsibilities
- Support branch budget preparation and financial planning

- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations
- Maintain strong internal control systems
- Support audit processes and risk management
- Collaborate with internal units to drive business performance
Requirements
- Minimum BSc/HND (Second Class Lower or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of banking experience in sales/marketing/credit
- Good understanding of banking operations and industry trends
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and financial products
- Professional certifications or postgraduate degrees are an added advantage
