    🧩 Role Overview

    The Program Associate will:

    • Provide technical and project support across health and social programs
    • Lead and manage project workstreams
    • Support research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
    • Contribute to program delivery, strategy, and impact measurement

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    📊 Project & Program Management

    • Plan and manage projects from start to finish
    • Develop work plans, track progress, and ensure quality delivery
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders

    🧠 Research & Advisory

    • Conduct research and generate insights
    • Support data analysis, costing, and modeling
    • Produce reports and knowledge materials

    🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work with government, partners, and clients
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings
    • Build strategic relationships

    💡 Business Development

    • Identify grant opportunities
    • Support proposal writing and program expansion
    • Contribute ideas for new projects

    🎓 Requirements

    📘 Education

    • Bachelor’s degree (required)
    • Master’s degree (preferred)

    💼 Experience

    • Minimum 6+ years in:
      • Public health advisory
      • Management consulting
      • Development sector

    🛠️ Skills Needed

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Project management and organizational ability
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
