    The CSO Accountability and Transparency Initiative (CATI) is a collaborative platform established to strengthen civil society governance in Nigeria. Registered in 2023 as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Ltd/Gte), CATI promotes accountability, transparency, compliance, and policy advocacy while building institutional capacity across Nigeria’s civic ecosystem.

    🔎 Available Positions

    1️⃣ Program / Information Technology Officer

    Reports to: Team Lead

    🎯 Role Summary

    A hybrid role combining program coordination (60%) and IT systems management (40%), supporting effective implementation of CATI’s programs and digital infrastructure.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    Program Management:

    • Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs
    • Coordinate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and events
    • Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
    • Support grant management, proposal writing, and donor reporting
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance

    IT & Digital Systems:

    • Manage IT systems, website, email, and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM)
    • Ensure cybersecurity, data protection (NDPR, GDPR), and system integrity
    • Develop dashboards, LMS, and digital tools for program delivery
    • Serve as Data Protection Focal Person
    • Promote digital transformation and AI integration

    🎓 Requirements

    • Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years nonprofit experience + 2–3 years IT experience
    • Strong knowledge of web systems, databases, cybersecurity
    • Experience with CRM, cloud tools, and digital platforms

    2️⃣ Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

    Reports to: Team Lead

    🎯 Role Summary

    Responsible for MEAL systems, data management, reporting, and organizational learning to ensure quality program implementation and impact.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement MEAL frameworks (Theory of Change, logframe, indicators)
    • Lead data collection, analysis, reporting, and audits
    • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
    • Manage databases and knowledge systems
    • Develop success stories, case studies, and learning briefs
    • Build capacity of staff and partners in M&E
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and program reviews

    🎓 Requirements

    • Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years experience in nonprofit sector
    • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and project evaluation
    • Familiarity with tools like KoboToolbox, ODK, Power BI

    3️⃣ Finance & Administration Officer

    Reports to: Team Lead

    🎯 Role Summary

    Provides financial management, accounting, and administrative support to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    Finance & Accounting:

    • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and reconciliations
    • Ensure compliance with donor and statutory regulations
    • Prepare tax returns (PAYE, VAT, WHT)
    • Support audits and maintain financial records

    Administration & Operations:

    • Oversee procurement, logistics, and asset management
    • Support HR processes (payroll, onboarding, staff records)
    • Maintain internal control systems and policies

    🎓 Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, CPA) is an advantage
    • Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial systems
