🧩 Role Overview

This role supports the One Humanitarian – One Poverty Response System (OHOPRS) under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction.

You will focus on:

• Knowledge management systems
• Policy support & evidence-based decision-making
• Strategic documentation & insights for government leadership

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📊 Knowledge & Documentation

• Develop policy briefs, reports, and strategic insight documents
• Translate technical data into clear, actionable outputs
• Maintain institutional knowledge repositories

🧠 Policy & Advisory Support

• Produce briefing notes for senior officials
• Analyze humanitarian and poverty data
• Support evidence-based policymaking

🤝 Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with government, UN agencies, and partners
• Support multi-stakeholder coordination
• Participate in technical working groups

📚 Learning & Systems Development

• Build knowledge management frameworks
• Promote institutional learning and best practices
• Document lessons learned and innovations

🎓 Requirements

📘 Education

• Master’s degree in:
  Knowledge Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field

💼 Experience

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Experience with:
  • Government or UN agencies
  • Policy development & knowledge systems
  • Multi-stakeholder coordination
