Overview
Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative (WRAPA) is seeking qualified candidates for a role focused on data analysis and reporting. WRAPA is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting and protecting women's rights in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards, tables, charts, and summaries for internal and donor reporting.
- Support outcome tracking, indicator analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with MEAL and Programme teams on evaluation and reporting timelines.
- Support documentation of learning, case studies, and evidence generation.
- Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, research, or related fields is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools is required. Knowledge of Power BI, SPSS, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to WRAPA’s mission, values, and ethical standards.
