To be considered for one of the five Commonwealth Scholarships, applicants must:
1. Be Malawian nationals
2. Be employed by a development agency (government, NGO or private sector) in Malawi
3. Have at least two years of professional experience working on development issues in Malawi
4. Hold a good undergraduate degree (preferably in a relevant development field)
5. Demonstrate a strong commitment to local and national development goals
6. Meet scholarship and degree entry requirements set by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and CSC.
