Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and managerial support for WASH projects
• Lead and train WASH teams and community volunteers on global WASH standards
• Conduct monitoring visits to ensure projects follow implementation plans
• Identify gaps in WASH facilities and recommend technical improvements
• Support proposal development, budgeting, and implementation planning
• Supervise contractors and oversee WASH infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and humanitarian partners
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-project reports
• Represent the organization in WASH sector meetings and coordination platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience, including at least 3 years in a humanitarian context
• Experience in WASH program coordination and infrastructure supervision
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation and project reporting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management, and Microsoft Office tools
