Overview

Mercy Corps is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Global Programs to support a major global rebrand initiative. This full-time, fixed-term role will coordinate the rollout of a new organizational brand identity across regional and country teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and country teams to develop localized rollout plans
• Align regional implementation with global rebrand strategy
• Identify training needs related to brand guidelines
• Coordinate training sessions and learning resources for country teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between country teams and the Rebrand PMO
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across regions
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain project documentation using management tools such as Wrike
• Build strong relationships with regional and country leadership
• Facilitate coordination meetings and working groups
• Communicate progress updates to leadership and project teams
• Support change management efforts during the transition
• Contribute to project evaluations and lessons learned
• Integrate safeguarding principles into project activities
• Promote Mercy Corps values across teams and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• At least five years of project management experience
• Project management certification preferred
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder global projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience in international development or nonprofit organizations preferred

Benefits

• Salary Range: USD $76,800 – $90,000 annually
• Contract Duration: Approximately 18 months
• Employment Type: Full-time, exempt

Remote within the United States or Mercy Corps offices (Portland, Oregon or Washington, D.C.)
