Overview
Mercy Corps is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Global Programs to support a major global rebrand initiative. This full-time, fixed-term role will coordinate the rollout of a new organizational brand identity across regional and country teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to develop localized rollout plans
- Align regional implementation with global rebrand strategy
- Identify training needs related to brand guidelines
- Coordinate training sessions and learning resources for country teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between country teams and the Rebrand PMO
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across regions
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain project documentation using management tools such as Wrike
- Build strong relationships with regional and country leadership
- Facilitate coordination meetings and working groups
- Communicate progress updates to leadership and project teams
- Support change management efforts during the transition
- Contribute to project evaluations and lessons learned
- Integrate safeguarding principles into project activities
- Promote Mercy Corps values across teams and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least five years of project management experience
- Project management certification preferred
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder global projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience in international development or nonprofit organizations preferred
Benefits
- Salary Range: USD $76,800 – $90,000 annually
- Contract Duration: Approximately 18 months
- Employment Type: Full-time, exempt
