    Job Description

    Overview

    Catalyst Now is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator for their remote team to support their fundraising activities and enhance donor/partner relations in alignment with global SDG initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update the fundraising pipeline and tracking tools.
    • Monitor the status of proposals, grant agreements, invoices, and payments.
    • Follow up with donors and partners regarding outstanding payments and commitments.
    • Support the onboarding process for new donors and partners.
    • Schedule and facilitate pipeline and fundraising review meetings.
    • Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
    • Manage the grants calendar to ensure timely submission of applications and reports.
    • Compile and coordinate materials required for grant applications.
    • Draft, review, and submit small and medium-sized grant proposals.
    • Support compliance with funder requirements.
    • Maintain and update the CRM and donor database.
    • Process donations, pledges, and acknowledgements efficiently.
    • Prepare updates, reports, and basic impact summaries for funders.
    • Coordinate stewardship activities such as meetings, updates, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure funders receive timely, accurate, and professional communications.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, grants management, or operations support.
    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to track multiple deadlines and priorities.
    • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and reliability in managing sensitive data.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong coordination skills.
    • Experience in developing strategic engagement plans for individuals and organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to work comfortably across different cultural contexts and with remote teams.
