    About Spark Climate Solutions

Spark Climate Solutions is a science-driven, philanthropically funded nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating progress on unsolved climate challenges. The organization’s mission is to enable a safer climate by identifying and filling critical gaps in global climate action.

Rather than focusing solely on individual technologies or isolated innovations, Spark works to build entire fields—creating the scientific, policy, market, and talent ecosystems necessary for transformative climate progress. By strengthening the broader systems in which solutions develop, Spark ensures that the most effective science and scalable innovations can emerge and thrive.

    Current focus areas include:

    • Super pollutants from agriculture

Spark operates with a startup-style mindset—nimble, collaborative, and impact-driven—bringing together scientists, strategists, and systems thinkers committed to addressing overlooked climate risks and opportunities.
