Overview
The Impact Hub Network is seeking an experienced Innovation Lead to drive its innovation agenda, focusing on transforming local innovations into scalable, revenue-generating solutions for global replication by 2030. This role is key to establishing a systematic, scalable, and financially sustainable model for innovation within the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and curate high-potential innovations from local Impact Hubs.
- Develop selection criteria, including impact performance, financial viability, and transferability.
- Build and manage a portfolio of scalable solutions.
- Design and operationalize a structured methodology for innovation identification, validation, codification, and replication.
- Develop resources such as playbooks, pricing models, and training materials for effective replication.
- Support the design of sustainable business models for scaling innovations, including revenue generation and financial incentives.
- Co-design governance systems for innovation ownership and replication rights.
- Facilitate collaboration and agreements between hubs.
- Establish performance monitoring and quality assurance processes.
- Track the outcomes of replicated innovations and refine the scaling methodology.
- Oversee program implementation, including design, onboarding, budget management, and reporting.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in innovation scaling, venture building, productization, or program replication.
- Experience designing scalable business models and strong knowledge of revenue modeling and financial performance tracking.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
- Ability to design governance and incentive structures.
- Familiarity with design thinking, participatory methods, or user-centered design.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and engagement skills.
- Analytical ability for strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred: Experience in venture builders, startup ecosystems, or social innovation.

- Monthly remuneration: EUR 3,800 – 5,100 (cost to company as contractor), adjusted based on country of residence and experience.
