Sales Executive – Financial Institution
Overview
Identify and generate new business opportunities, promote and sell financial products, build client relationships, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
- Promote and sell financial products and services to individuals and SMEs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of sales experience. Financial services experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Benefits
Salary Range: 150,000 – 250,000 Net
Finance Controller
Overview
Oversee the full financial management framework of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ICAN or ACCA mandatory
- 7–10+ years progressive finance experience
- 3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong IFRS and financial controls expertise
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial Services, Hospitality, Consulting, Wine and Spirits, Oil and Gas
