Overview

Women Win is seeking dynamic and committed professionals to join its Ignita initiative, a global program dedicated to supporting feminist movements and grassroots organizations that advance girls’ and women’s rights. This initiative focuses on shifting power and resources to communities through transformative philanthropy and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing feminist funding programs.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, funders, and movement leaders globally.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on programmatic impact.
• Providing guidance and support to the Ignita team.
• Representing Women Win and Ignita in global forums.
• Coordinating application and selection processes for funding initiatives.
• Supporting program monitoring and reporting, including data collection and evaluation.
• Assisting in the preparation of program documentation, communications, and materials.
• Supporting relationship management with partners, grantees, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring the smooth delivery of virtual and in-person program activities.

Requirements

• Commitment to shifting power to grassroots feminist organizations.
• Experience in program management, grant-making, or philanthropic initiatives.
• Commitment to gender equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote and international work environment.
• Previous experience in the nonprofit or international development sector is valuable.
