Overview
Systemic Justice is seeking a Head of HR, People & Culture to design and manage HR strategies, organizational culture, and people experience initiatives. This leadership role focuses on embedding justice and anti-oppression principles within the organization's operations and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with organizational values.
- Overseeing recruitment, compliance, and HR policies.
- Managing the HR budget.
- Developing and executing a holistic approach to employee experience.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
- Facilitating team development and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Leading conversations around organizational values, trust, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Extensive HR leadership experience, particularly in promoting anti-oppression and intersectionality.
- Deep commitment to social justice, equity, and organizational change.
- Strong understanding of employment laws across European jurisdictions.
- Skilled in leading organizational change initiatives.
- Experience designing and implementing trauma-informed and inclusive training programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the right to work in their country of residence within the EU.
Benefits
Salary up to EUR 75,000 gross annually, plus up to 10% pension contribution. Full-time, 4-day work week (32 hours). 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanent employment.
Location
Remote, within the European Union.
