Eligibility Criteria

RwandAir welcomes applications from recent graduates and young professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Rwandan nationality
• Educational qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or other aviation-related fields
  • Or Master’s degree with Second Class, Upper Division Honours in aviation-related fields
• Language proficiency:
  • Strong English proficiency (IELTS Academic minimum 6.5, TOEFL iBT minimum 85)
  • Additional languages are advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and growth mindset
• Passion for aviation and willingness to relocate or travel as required
