1. Programme Management – Associate
Location: Home-based
Contract Type: ICA – LICA – Support – Retainer
Duration: One year

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of global e-learning and capacity building activities under biodiversity and sustainable development programs.
- Assist in creating and updating interactive learning materials using tools like Genially.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across UNDP, UNOPS, and partners to ensure effective program implementation.
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting on learning activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, law, environmental sciences, political science, or related fields with 2 years of experience, or an advanced degree with fewer years of experience.
- Experience in environment, biodiversity, climate change, e-learning, or capacity building initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital content creation platforms such as Genially, Canva, or similar tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional UN languages is desirable.

2. Capacity Building Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for global e-learning and capacity building projects supporting nature-based development.

- Ensure learning initiatives meet quality standards and are effectively monitored.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in international relations, environmental management, development, or related fields with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in environment, biodiversity, climate change, or digital learning.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
