Social Behaviour Change Manager Jobs in Abuja

Overview

Tiko is hiring a Social Behaviour Change Manager for a 4-Months Maternity Cover position in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a full-time role focused on developing and implementing social and behavior change interventions to strengthen adolescent health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social and behavior change interventions supporting Tiko’s health programs for adolescents and young people
• Design and implement Tiko platform marketing and communication strategies based on user insights and behaviour
• Translate social behaviour change and marketing strategies into actionable country-level plans to drive demand for Tiko services
• Develop and execute content, brand materials, social media engagement, and messaging strategies
• Design tailored SBC interventions for partners including CBOs, mobilizers, providers, retailers, and government partners
• Use research and market insights to improve demand generation and behaviour change outcomes
• Identify strategic SBC partnerships and branding opportunities
• Provide oversight and management of SBC staff where applicable
• Supervise partner organizations implementing SBC and marketing activities
• Collaborate with government ministries and relevant partners on SBC and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Social Behaviour Change, Health Communication, Marketing, Community Development, Business Management, or related field
• Proven experience in communication, marketing, or community development with a track record of managing and growing marketing strategies and influencing behavioural change
• Minimum 3 years experience in related roles
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic marketing direction and independently execute plans
• Strong experience managing agency relationships and communicating campaign insights and results
• Must be immediately available
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Salary: ₦2,592,489 – ₦3,888,733 Monthly
