Overview
TechnoServe is seeking a Logistics and Admin Specialist to support administrative and logistics operations across its offices in Abuja, Kano, and Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff travel, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
- Manage vendors such as travel agencies, hotels, and car hire services.
- Oversee fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, licenses, and insurance.
- Track fuel use and vehicle costs.
- Support asset management and maintain asset registers.
- Manage office operations, consumables, and routine maintenance.
- Administer petty cash and prepare monthly reconciliations.
- Support procurement, including receiving goods and vendor sourcing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field with 3 years of post-NYSC experience. Alternatively, at least 4 years of experience in administration or office management, preferably with an international NGO.
Skills
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good computer skills and professional work ethic.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
