    Job Description

    Overview

    TechnoServe is seeking a Logistics and Admin Specialist to support administrative and logistics operations across its offices in Abuja, Kano, and Ibadan.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate staff travel, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
    • Manage vendors such as travel agencies, hotels, and car hire services.
    • Oversee fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, licenses, and insurance.
    • Track fuel use and vehicle costs.
    • Support asset management and maintain asset registers.
    • Manage office operations, consumables, and routine maintenance.
    • Administer petty cash and prepare monthly reconciliations.
    • Support procurement, including receiving goods and vendor sourcing.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field with 3 years of post-NYSC experience. Alternatively, at least 4 years of experience in administration or office management, preferably with an international NGO.

    Skills

    • Strong organization and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Good computer skills and professional work ethic.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken).
