    Job Description

    Overview

    Rosabon Financial Services is hiring a Sales Team Lead for its Asset Creation / Wealth Management division. This role is key to driving risk asset sales and loan disbursement growth through strategic customer relationships and team leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain team structure and manage daily operations.
    • Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct market analysis and customer perception research for new products.
    • Establish and maintain a strong customer base and develop sales strategies.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

    Requirements

    • First degree in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products, particularly Consumer Lending.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience building new sales territories.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Benefits

    Salary Range: 250,000 – 300,000
