Seeking a structured, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support brand content execution and administrative systems. This is a remote role with weekly accountability check-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and repurpose live session content into social media posts using Canva templates.
- Schedule and organize social media posts.
- Format and schedule emails using MailChimp.
- Maintain a content calendar.
- Basic digital organization (Google Drive, scheduling, follow-ups).
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with technology (Canva, Google Drive, email tools).
- Reliable and responsive.
- Able to follow structured systems.
- Good written English.
