State TB Strategic Information Associates at Palladium Group

Overview

Palladium Group is seeking State TB Strategic Information Associates to support the TB response at the sub-national level by enhancing state TB situation rooms and improving data use for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to enhance State TB Control Program reporting systems.
• Support the implementation of periodic data review meetings.
• Generate periodic reports on TB response activities.
• Strengthen the capacity of the State TB Situation Room to develop analyses and program bulletins.
• Conduct regular analysis and reviews of state-level performance on TB indicators.
• Serve as a technical backstop in data quality, data alignment, and health informatics support.
• Conduct business analysis of user requirements on data collection systems.
• Facilitate and support reporting processes to identify barriers to data use and generate solutions.
• Develop and package state information products and briefs with stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience advising on health management information systems or routine health information systems.
• Working knowledge of TB programmatic reporting and DHIS 2 preferred.
• Experience with patient-level and aggregate data management systems.
• Knowledge of project management principles and IT principles.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and solve problems.
• Ability to achieve consensus among multiple stakeholders.
