    Role Overview

    TGI Distri Limited is expanding its Modern Trade footprint and is seeking experienced Local Key Account Managers to drive sales growth, build strong partnerships with modern trade outlets, and take ownership of execution across assigned locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Achieve monthly sales targets and drive structured demand capture through KAEs and ISRs

    Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely fulfilment, stock hygiene, return on investment, and credit discipline

    Lead, motivate, and coach KAEs and ISRs to ensure strong coverage, quality execution, and adherence to modern trade standards

    Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and ordering teams

    Ensure strong outlet execution including product availability, out of stock reduction, share of shelf, promotion and planogram compliance

    Expand market coverage by onboarding new outlets and identifying growth opportunities

    Track performance, submit management information system reports, and generate insights for corrective actions and growth

    Eligibility Criteria

    Bachelor’s degree is required and an MBA is an added advantage

    3 to 7 years of experience in FMCG within modern trade or general trade or distributor management

    Experience managing distributors and sales teams

    Strong knowledge of local modern trade channels and customer relationship management

    Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills

    Proven team leadership with high ownership and strong execution discipline
