Aflatoun International is now accepting applications for its Europe & Central Asia (ECA) Network Management Internship 2026 — a 6-month paid internship offering hands-on experience in partner engagement, training coordination, and strategic mapping.

Position: Europe & Central Asia (ECA) Network Management Intern
Duration: 6 months (March – July 2026)
Workload: 4–5 days per week
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands OR Remote
Supervision: Regional Programme Manager – ECA
Type: Paid Internship
€320 net/month (4 days/week)
€400 net/month (5 days/week)

Support ongoing ECA regional activities
Engage partners via the Aflatoun Partner Platform
Research new education and development opportunities in Europe & Central Asia
Assist in planning Training of Trainers (ToT), workshops, webinars & consultations
Coordinate training logistics
Support online training delivery
Translate training materials and interpret live sessions (English ↔ Russian)
Map institutions and regional bodies working on social & financial education
Identify and assess potential partners in priority countries
Support engagement of strategic regional partners
Provide logistical and digital support for online trainings
Translate and proofread project materials
Successfully delivered virtual regional meetings
Smooth execution of online and in-person trainings
Completion of a strategic partner mapping framework
Strengthened ECA partner network engagement
Enhanced delivery of regional virtual trainings
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields
Experience working with children or youth is an asset
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Fluent Russian (written & spoken)
Additional European or Central Asian languages = strong advantage
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a small, multicultural team
Advanced digital skills are a plus
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
