Climate–Agriculture Reporting Initiative Organized by Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development

Overview

The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development invites journalists, editors, and civil society communicators to a two-day virtual training and story lab focused on strengthening reporting at the intersection of climate change and agriculture. This fellowship aims to support innovative work and ongoing professional growth in the sector.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be based in Nigeria
• Be affiliated with a credible media platform with national or sub-regional reach
• Commit to publishing stories within the agreed timeline

Female journalists and Persons with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. The fellowship prioritizes diversity and inclusion.

Benefits

Selected participants will receive support to develop impactful stories through a guided story lab.
