Overview
The National School of Government (NSG) is hiring for multiple permanent and fixed-term positions based in Pretoria. These roles focus on strengthening a capable, ethical, and professional public service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage institutional and programme accreditation.
- Analyze datasets and generate intelligence reports.
- Provide administrative support and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Transport staff and documents, maintain vehicle logbooks.
- Support Parliamentary and Cabinet submissions.
- Coordinate transformation and change management programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Education or Quality Management for Director role.
- NQF 6 qualification in Statistics, Data Science, Business Information Management, or related for Assistant Director role.
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Office or Public Administration for Senior Administrative Officer role.
- NQF 6 qualification in Administration, M&E, or related field for Team Assistant role.
- NQF 6 qualification in Administration or Change Management for Administrative Officer role.
- Grade 10 and a valid Code 08 driver’s licence for Driver role.
- Grade 12 for Administrator role.
- Relevant years of experience as specified for each role (ranging from no experience to 5 years).
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical packages (STATA/SAS) for Assistant Director role.
- Knowledge of accreditation frameworks and ETD landscape.
- Understanding of public sector legislation and regulatory bodies.
- Valid driver’s licence and driving experience for Driver role.
- Must submit a fully completed and signed new Z83 form and a comprehensive CV.
Benefits
- Salary details provided for each role, ranging from R193,359 to R1,266,714 per annum.
