Overview
The Nigerian Tobacco Control Alliance (NTCA) is seeking a skilled Digital Communications Officer to lead its digital engagement, content creation, and online advocacy efforts to raise awareness about tobacco control policies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital communication strategies to promote NTCA programs and initiatives
- Create engaging content for NTCA’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights to improve reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Support the organization in building strong online communities and partnerships to advance tobacco control advocacy
- Keep abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to enhance NTCA’s online presence
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in public health advocacy or non-profit communications is an advantage
