Job Opportunity: AI Data Specialist – Hausa

Overview

RWS – TrainAI is seeking AI Data Specialists fluent in Hausa to support the improvement and accuracy of AI-generated content in the Hausa language. This is a flexible, part-time remote role ideal for those looking to contribute to AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and annotate diverse types of data.
• Perform pairwise comparisons of AI outputs.
• Complete counting tasks and other quantitative data exercises.
• Tag and label objects across content types such as audio, video, images, and other collected data.
• Support data quality assurance efforts to improve AI performance.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Hausa; advanced proficiency in English (B2–C2).
• Experience in machine learning-related tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, or data annotation and labeling is preferred.
• Ability to work part-time and manage your schedule remotely.
• Comfortable using digital tools to complete data-related tasks.
