
Fully Funded Program in Cambodia (Apply by April 19, 2026)
Applications are now open for the 2026 Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit, a prestigious five-month hybrid leadership program designed to empower women leaders across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
Organized by Harpswell Foundation, the Summit brings together emerging women leaders from ASEAN countries, Nepal, and Papua New Guinea for intensive leadership development, professional networking, and cross-cultural exchange.
The program concludes with a fully funded, week-long in-person seminar in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The 2026 Summit combines virtual learning with in-person engagement:
Virtual Format: July–October 2026
In-Person Seminar: October 30 – November 8, 2026
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Participants will engage in structured leadership training, collaborative dialogue, and professional networking opportunities throughout the five-month program.
The Harpswell Foundation provides full financial support for selected participants.
