The Conservation Sisters Fellowship is designed to:

Selected Fellows will engage in a broad range of activities designed to provide comprehensive exposure to conservation operations. Responsibilities may include:
Fellows will gain direct involvement in wildlife and conservation programs, allowing them to understand ecological management, species protection, habitat preservation, and environmental monitoring.
The program includes structured mentorship from experienced conservation professionals. Fellows will participate in skill-building workshops, field demonstrations, and operational briefings.

Be a recent graduate within the last 12 months
Be female
Have no prior formal employment in the conservation sector (industrial attachments are excluded from this restriction)
