The Deployment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring rapid, efficient, and compliant surge deployments across Plan International’s global humanitarian operations.
This position serves as the operational backbone of emergency staffing processes, managing the full deployment lifecycle—from initial request through to assignment closure. The role requires exceptional coordination skills, strong data management capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced emergency contexts.
By facilitating seamless surge deployments, the Deployment Coordinator directly supports effective humanitarian response delivery and strengthens the organization’s capacity to protect children and communities affected by crises.
