    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation and Refinement

    • Write high-quality content by utilizing AI-generated drafts and client briefs
    • Develop clear, engaging, and well-structured content across various formats, including news articles, blogs, and more
    • Research industry-specific topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced

    AI-Assisted Content Optimization

    • Enhance AI-generated drafts by adjusting tone, fixing structural issues, reducing repetition, and improving clarity
    • Apply fundamental SEO principles to improve content visibility and performance following internal guidelines

    Workflow and Quality Control

    • Follow established workflows, formatting standards, and checklists to maintain consistency
    • Incorporate editorial feedback to continually improve the quality and efficiency of content production
    • Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently

    Continuous Improvement

    • Engage actively with feedback loops to develop skills and improve output quality over time
    • Stay updated with industry best practices for AI-assisted content creation

    What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like

    Experience and Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional content writing experience across various formats
    • Strong editorial judgment with a solid grasp of fundamental writing principles
    • Comfortable working with AI-assisted writing tools as part of daily production workflows

    • Proven ability to convert AI drafts into high-quality, publication-ready content
    • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency in all work

    Technical Skills
