Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Refinement
- Write high-quality content by utilizing AI-generated drafts and client briefs
- Develop clear, engaging, and well-structured content across various formats, including news articles, blogs, and more
- Research industry-specific topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced
AI-Assisted Content Optimization
- Enhance AI-generated drafts by adjusting tone, fixing structural issues, reducing repetition, and improving clarity
- Apply fundamental SEO principles to improve content visibility and performance following internal guidelines
Workflow and Quality Control
- Follow established workflows, formatting standards, and checklists to maintain consistency
- Incorporate editorial feedback to continually improve the quality and efficiency of content production
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently
Continuous Improvement
- Engage actively with feedback loops to develop skills and improve output quality over time
- Stay updated with industry best practices for AI-assisted content creation
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of professional content writing experience across various formats
- Strong editorial judgment with a solid grasp of fundamental writing principles
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted writing tools as part of daily production workflows
- Proven ability to convert AI drafts into high-quality, publication-ready content
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency in all work
- Ability to follow detailed client briefs and guidelines meticulously
Technical Skills
- Clear and effective written communication skills
- Responsiveness to editorial feedback and ability to adapt quickly
- Basic understanding of copywriting and SEO fundamentals
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard content management tools
