This highly competitive, two-year fellowship brings together a diverse global cohort committed to principled leadership, rigorous learning, and positive change across cultures and sectors.
The Azm Global Leaders Fellowship is designed for outstanding young professionals and changemakers who demonstrate academic or professional excellence, moral courage, and a strong commitment to service.
Fellows represent a wide range of countries, disciplines, and lived experiences—united by shared values and a desire to lead with purpose.

If you are ready to lead with integrity and help shape a better world, the AGL Fellowship 2026–2028 Cohort could be your next transformative step.
To qualify for the AGL Fellowship (2026–2028 Cohort), applicants must:
Be 22–29 years old at the time of application
Demonstrate English proficiency (B2 level or above)
Hold a valid passport through July 2028
Be available to attend three mandatory two-week in-person summits (held during the first two weeks of July each year)
Commit a minimum of 2 hours per week to learning throughout the two-year program
Meeting eligibility criteria is only the first step. The selection process is rigorous and holistic. Successful applicants typically demonstrate:
A strong record of excellence and sustained achievement in a chosen field.
Depth of expertise in a professional, academic, cultural, or creative discipline.
Supported by two references from colleagues, mentors, or leaders who can speak to your values and conduct.
A willingness to act on principle—even when facing challenges.
Proven engagement in community, academic, or professional leadership with a deep motivation to create positive change.

The fellowship aims to build a cohort that reflects the richness and diversity of the global Muslim community across regions, sectors, and perspectives.
The selection process unfolds in three stages:
Deadline: March 15, 2026
Eligible applicants receive access to the full application, exploring experience, motivation, values, and leadership potential.
Dates: March 23–27, 2026
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 45-minute panel interview.
Notification: By April 1, 2026
Selected fellows receive formal invitations, contingent on references and supporting documents.
