    Job Description

    Overview

    The Ominira Initiative is offering a six-month virtual Free Trade Fellowship Program for Nigerian journalists, academics, and researchers to deepen their understanding of economic development and free trade.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote concepts of economic development, free trade principles, market-driven growth, policy reform, and regional integration.
    • Contribute through articles, opinion pieces, research publications, media engagements, and policy conversations.

    Requirements

    • Nigerian journalists, academics, researchers, civil society or NGO staff, or other professionals with relevant experience.
    • Strong interest in economic advancement and free trade advocacy.
    • Online application form completion.
    • Written statement (max 200 words) on understanding and interest in free trade and economic advancement.
    • Links to two published articles or research outputs.
    • CV/Resume (max 10MB, accessible via link).
