Overview

John Snow Inc. (JSI) is seeking State ACSM Officers (Consultant) for its Routine Immunization Project in Nigeria. This role focuses on planning and coordinating activities to promote immunization outreach services and improve vaccine uptake.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ACSM activities to promote immunization outreach services
• Engage community stakeholders to improve vaccine uptake
• Support demand generation for routine immunization in hard-to-reach communities
• Participate in community meetings and outreach engagements
• Document lessons learned, community feedback, and success stories
• Maintain relationships with community leaders and relevant stakeholders
• Represent JSI at LGA and community-level meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Public Health, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing ACSM programs for immunization or health interventions
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience engaging traditional and social media for community mobilization
• Fluency in English and local language of the assigned state
