Overview
MedGlobal is seeking a Graphic Designer Assistant for their headquarters team on a remote basis. The role involves creating visual content for various channels to communicate the organization\'s programs and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of visual content including blog graphics, briefing documents, fact sheets, and reports.
- Manage and organize digital assets such as photos, videos, and style guides.
- Stay updated on digital media trends and provide recommendations for visual communication.
- Support country teams by producing tailored visual assets.
- Design and produce graphics, infographics, brochures, and other promotional materials aligned with MedGlobal\'s brand.
- Adapt visual content for various platforms including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print.
- Assist in developing visual content for events, campaigns, and reports.
- Provide design best practices and technical support to staff and partners.
- Support media outreach initiatives with visually appealing content.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in visual design, content creation, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in video editing software is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desired but not mandatory.
