• Genomic evolutionary mechanisms underlying fungal adaptation to changing environments
• Functional diversity of host immune receptors that provide resistance to fungal infections
• Analysis of OMICS data generated through high throughput technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Plant Pathology, Mycology, Plant Science, Molecular Biology or a related field
• Knowledge of bioinformatics or computational biology
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and interest in research

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OMICS data analysis
• Knowledge of computer programming and big data management
