Talent Lab Ltd is recruiting a Field Implementation Support Officer for a client focused on improving maternal health and supporting life-saving healthcare programs. The role involves supporting the implementation and delivery of a Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) care bundle and other maternal health innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of maternal health programs at health facilities
• Strengthen the capacity of healthcare workers through on-site support and coordination
• Monitor program activities and track progress to ensure quality service delivery
• Provide field-level support to ensure effective adoption of maternal health innovations
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing maternal mortality and improving healthcare outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a relevant field

Benefits

• Salary: ₦370,000 Monthly
