Concern Worldwide is recruiting a Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within its Kenya programme. This senior role is responsible for delivering strategic and operational human resource management in compliance with Kenyan labour law and organisational policies.

The Human Resource Manager will provide leadership across all HR functions, ensuring policies, systems, and practices align with organisational goals and operational priorities. The role supports management in effective staff oversight, policy development, and regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
The position also plays a key role in embedding safeguarding, diversity, and organisational values across all levels of staff engagement.
