Overview
Tiko is hiring an Ecosystem Coordinator in Abuja, Nigeria. This role involves strengthening local health ecosystems to provide stigma-free, no-cost, quality-assured services for adolescent girls.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to questions from ecosystem actors via phone, internet, and other channels
- Resolve issues within your capacity and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team
- Ensure branding compliance at partner locations and provide support where gaps are identified
- Coordinate activities with other field teams to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Identify, prevent, and report fraud or breaches of the code of conduct and operating procedures
- Map and establish new Tiko ecosystems, including identifying and contracting new actors
Requirements
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
- Degree or relevant working experience in a related field
- Experience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual and Reproductive Health programming
- 2–3 years experience in a similar role
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and messaging platforms
- Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
