    Job Description

    Overview

    WWF Global Innovation is hiring a Project Coordinator & Team Support for its innovation portfolio. This remote role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of impactful conservation ideas through innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the effective management of WWF’s innovation initiatives, working closely with innovation leads.
    • Orchestrate workstreams to ensure deadlines are met and strategic goals are achieved.
    • Organize, schedule, and manage multiple projects, applying innovation tools to conservation challenges.
    • Support the planning and execution of key projects like Global Scaling Labs, Scaling Speedboats, and Panda Labs.
    • Coordinate virtual meetings, facilitate collaborative workshops, and manage schedules across different time zones.
    • Oversee the stakeholder relationship management database (Airtable) and ensure active engagement.
    • Provide backend administrative support, including organizing workflows, managing invoices, reporting, and maintaining project documentation.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years in project coordination, with a background in management, entrepreneurship, or business.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with or willingness to learn Scrum or agile project management practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Slack, Airtable, and Microsoft Office.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
