    Overview

    The role of Account Manager at Vanta focuses on the expansion and retention of customers in the UK and Ireland region. Vanta aims to help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Understand Vanta’s product offerings to confidently address customers' needs.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment and communication with accounts.
    • Identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers to increase their usage of Vanta’s platform.
    • Manage the sales cycle of expansion or renewal opportunities, negotiating and pulling in internal resources as needed.
    • Forecast monthly expansion and churn, ensuring pipeline hygiene in the SFDC instance.
    • Focus on customer needs, providing consultative solutions.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in customer management or sales.
    • Fluency in English; a second European language is preferred.
    • Able to work in the London office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
    • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building abilities without assistance from BDR or inbound support.
    • Exceptional communication skills for both internal and customer-facing messaging.
    • Motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Experience in security and compliance is desirable but not required.
    • Curiosity about and openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency.

    Location

    This is a hybrid role based in the London office, requiring three in-office days per week.
