The ACU Gender Grants 2026 offer funding of up to £2,000 to staff members at ACU member universities for projects that advance gender equity and equality in higher education.
Five grants of up to £2,000 each are available. Funding can be used for workshops, policy development, research, awareness campaigns, and more. Projects focused on anti-sexual harassment may receive additional support from the Martha Farrell Foundation.
Applicants must be staff members at an ACU member university. They need to complete an online application form, which includes sections on eligibility, project aims, implementation plan, budget, and supporting documents like the project lead's CV and confirmation of institutional support. Seven statements, each between 100 and 300 words, must be submitted, covering project goals, strategy, impact, outputs, evaluation methods, budget, and previous work.
Applications must be submitted through the MyACU platform. Ensure you are eligible, review the guidance, log in to your MyACU account, complete the form, upload supporting documents, and submit before the deadline. New users must register for a MyACU account first.
