Eligibility

Be currently based in Rwanda or willing to relocate
Commit to full-time participation throughout the programme
Demonstrate a strong passion for software development and technology careers
Show the ability to work independently with initiative and accountability
Possess a growth mindset and willingness to learn continuously
Have strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
