Apply to the Agribusiness AfCFTA program @Unknown

Agribusiness small and medium enterprises across Africa are invited to apply for a business matchmaking programme designed to support expansion under the African Continental Free Trade Area AfCFTA.

This opportunity targets export ready agribusinesses operating within agriculture and food value chains that are seeking to grow their presence across regional and international markets including Switzerland. A total of 30 SMEs will be competitively selected to receive a tailored support package aimed at improving market readiness strengthening competitiveness and unlocking new trade opportunities.

Selected businesses will benefit from structured training and hands on support including capacity building on AfCFTA opportunities and practical guidance to enhance export readiness. Participants will also receive tailored coaching from sales advisors to develop effective route to market strategies and improve their positioning in target markets.

In addition the programme offers access to high value networking and exposure opportunities such as trade fairs buyer visits business to business missions and participation in key AfCFTA events. Support will also be provided to improve packaging and labelling standards to meet international requirements.

Eligible applicants must be agribusiness SMEs actively engaged in agriculture or food related value chains and demonstrate readiness to expand regionally and globally. Applicants should also be willing to actively participate in all programme activities. Women and youth led businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.
