Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experience (Sales & Customer Care Officer).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage communications, and strengthen brand visibility (Marketing & Communications Officer).
- Identify, engage, and onboard vendors to expand the network (Vendor Acquisition Officer).
- Oversee operations, implement growth strategies, and optimize business processes (Head of Operations & Growth).
- Drive product development, manage technology solutions, and ensure seamless platform performance (Technology & Product Lead).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in the applied role is an advantage.
