Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Mobilize resources through grants, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Monitor sector trends, donor priorities, and policy developments.
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide overall leadership for organizational operations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience in development, nonprofit, or private sector organizations.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership, partnership development, and financial oversight.
