Overview
One Family Foundation is seeking a Research & Data Lead for Social Innovation to spearhead the development of a Social Innovation Index and a Social Innovation Engine platform. This role involves research leadership, data management, digital platform oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the methodology development, data management, analysis, and reporting for the Social Innovation Index.
- Oversee the design and development of the Social Innovation Engine platform, including research architecture and website improvement.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and feedback processes.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Foundation's initiatives and take lead on new research, data, or digital projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, or developing analytical tools, preferably in an international context.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in public policy, economics, international development, data science, social sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in tools like R, Python, Stata, or SPSS.
- Excellent report writing, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with developers and designers on digital platforms and visualizations.
- Experience managing international benchmarks, indices, or data platforms is desirable.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Exposure to social innovation, social economy, or impact investing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to engage with governments, donors, or multilateral organizations is desirable.
